Non-Construction Volunteers
We always need volunteers, and not just building homes. Volunteers help us at the construction site, in our Habitat ReStore, and by serving on various committees that help raise funds; select, support and educate homeowners; and plan for the future by identifying financial resources and land acquisition opportunities.
For more information on becoming a non-construction volunteer, please complete the Contact Us Form and someone will be in touch with you soon.
Non-Construction Volunteer Opportunities:
Habitat ReStore Support
Volunteers are responsible for pricing donated items, stocking shelves and/or assisting customers during regular business hours. Volunteers are also sought to pressure wash and re-paint the ReStore Building (after color is approved by the city and building owner. Click here for more information about the Habitat ReStore.
Lunch Provider
Purchase or make lunch for the various volunteers on site. This is a great way for someone to give back that is unable to participate on the construction site.
Habitat Youth Advocate
Start a campus Habitat chapter, a student-led, student-initiated organization on a high school or college campus that partners with the local Habitat affiliate. For more information, click here.
We've even had Entertainment provided for our volunteers - what a treat!
